GIPRO invests in modern control systems for epoxy preparation unit
As part of a strategic investment in the future, the control systems of two epoxy preparation units will be comprehensively renewed.
The new systems represent the latest generation of control technology and form the basis for a stable, reproducible, and transparent preparation process of reactive epoxy resin compounds with silica powder as a filler. This modernization ensures that the increasing quality and documentation requirements of our customers can continue to be reliably met.
At the same time, high system availability and improved process monitoring are ensured. The modernized preparation units supply approximately ten directly connected moulding machines, thereby making a significant contribution to an efficient, future-proof, and quality-oriented production process.
