So that you only receive insulators and bushings which meet our exacting quality standards, we use a wide range of state-of-the-art testing equipment:
- Partial discharge testing: 1 device for up to 110 kV
- Partial discharge testing: 1 device for up to 200 kV
- Electrical testing
- X-ray testing
(RT1, RT2-inspectors acc. EN ISO 9712) - Helium leakage detection systems
(LT1, LT2-inspectors acc. EN ISO 9712) - Climatic testing chambers for temperature tests
(-70° to +180° C) - Pressure testing
- Burst testing
- DSC analysis (e.g. to determine glass transition temperatures)
- Determination of filler content
